This game is great. It takes the impermanence of Rogue while still allowing for permanent grown and powering up. Still annoying when you die but no the computer monitor destructive rage that games like Angband left us feeling.

..and this one is a beauty

A two-person, part-time team whose (1) ideas and products rival those of even the largest gaming studios and (2) dedication to quality service extends well beyond the date of purchase. Sproggiwod is stunning and their efforts are certain to stand the test of time. I dont have any intentions of removing it from my 6+ (iOS 9.x) anytime soon. EDIT: All of the promised tweaks and updates have arrived, and the developers–among the most active in the marketplace–have expressed the desire to bring Caves of Quud, their newest Steam rogue-like, to iOS at some point. Lets hope for their continued success.

I liked rpg games with a tad of "base building" out of it. The main reason I bought it. Lets be honest. The base system in this game was literally 0 functionality. Theres like a shop for upgrade. And the other stuff is just for decoration. Thats all. Nothing else. I find that misleading. So only 3 stars for me. Other features are on point dont get me wrong I like the game. But when your promo video shows a base building element, I expect something more than that.
